Buddha meditation every day

For example, when we often pray at home, or chant scriptures or worship Buddha, we feel a lot of delusions. Sometimes I feel very discouraged, or I have been reciting for a year and a half, or two years, and I feel that I have gained nothing, as if my delusions are still very floating and numerous.

We have a lot of troubles in a day, and they are all caused by greed. After the Buddha speaks the Dharma and smells the Dharma, after the Buddha's teachings, everyone knows that all dharmas are suffering, empty, impermanent, and selfless, and that they arise from the ego and self-seeing, and our original pure nature can be revealed, which is what Shakyamuni Buddha realized.
