Buddha meditation every day

Usually we are delusional every day, but you don't understand that this is a delusion. Now when you recite the Mahayana, or worship or repent, you feel that this delusion is a bit hindering your right karma and your cultivation. This is because you only know after you hear and study the Dharma. If you don't study the Dharma and don't practice, how do you know delusion?
